The Rees Consultancy Ltd has 40 years experience leading innovation in the public and private sector. We love working with people and they seem to love working with us.
We are grounded, realistic, energetic and creative thinkers - and no, that's not a contradiction in terms!
We enjoy working alongside leaders in organisations who have an innate curiosity about what works and also why things are not working. We thrive on driving through complex territory alongside our clients. We are definitely tough - but we have a delicate touch. We are incisive - but we value intuition.
What do we do? We work with organisations - particularly in the public sector, charities, social enterprises - that are seeking change or where change has been thrust upon them.. We start with you and your people and work outwards - because your business is dependent upon their knowledge and their willingness to buy into new ideas.
We review systems that are stuck and we coach leaders who need to unstick things. And we are experienced Myers Briggs practitioners.
As a company we have strong values and a belief in the ability of people to make the right choices. There is a causal link between a productive workforce and a happy and healthy workforce, and we can help your people relish the challenge of thriving in complex and fast-moving environments.
