What is Coaching?
Anyone can call themselves a coach. But not all coaching is good quality. And not all people who call themselves a coach are trained, qualified, experienced and access regular professional supervision.
We offer experienced Masters level qualified executive coaches and leadership mentors used to working with Directors and Executive Teams.
Coaching is increasingly used as a successful method to support and improve professional development, personal resilience, confidence and performance. It helps you develop and be the best you can be.
What’s on offer?
- First 100 days coaching for Directors and Executive Teams
- Bespoke leadership coaching or mentoring programmes – improving your ability to lead yourself, your team or business
- Team coaching combined with Myers Briggs and Belbin
- Face-to-face, Skype and e-coaching
Does it work?
A recent major research study found that coaching now reaches into the highest levels eg; 43% of CEOs and 71% of the senior executive team reported that they had worked with a coach while 63% of contacted organisations say they plan to increase their use of coaching over the next five years. Most telling is that 92% of leaders being coached say they plan to use a coach again. Feedback is the best indication of whether coaching is helpful. This came recently from a client who I first coached about 6 years ago – coaching has a long shelf-life!
I wrote my first article on LinkedIn today. I’ve come a long way since I first came to you for coaching! Thanks for all the support and helpful challenge
